From the outset, this barrel cellar was used to mature wine in oak barrels. There were 3 bays of barrels (one on the left, one on the right and one in the centre).

As soon as the new owners took over, they developed a new range of wines. There were far too many barrels, so we transformed the space into a function room for weddings, shows, concerts and other events.
We wanted to create 2 atmospheres by creating alcoves with made-to-measure benches and preserve the identity of the premises by installing barrels high up.

The central space needs to be flexible, so we bought round and square tables and show chairs.
